I posted last week about being new to GD and now I need some suggestions for breakfast. I am a picky eater and just really don't know what to try to eat at breakfast time that is not all carbs. I don't like eggs, cant eat celery or apples (otherwise I would eat these with peanut butter for the protein) and just don't really know what else to try to eat to get my morning protein in. I have tried doing yogurt but that seems to make my sugar spike so I have been trying to avoid it.
What do you ladies eat for breakfast?
PS: I have a toddler bonus points for quick and easy suggestions.

**Nevermind** Just read that you have tried the Greek yogurt.
