NBR - Rhubarb

I have at least two pounds of rhubarb I need to do something with. I have jams already and there are no fresh strawberries around here this time of year. Any suggestions on what else this might pair well with? Recipes?

What about making a liquor infusion out of it? A vodka/ brandy/ rose wine infusion would be yummy!

Nigella Lawson has some great rhubarb recipes. I bet if you google her plus rhubarb, you'll get a bunch or recipes. I really like her rhubarb cornmeal cake. Let me see if I can find the recope.

Thanks ladies, I may have to attempt one or two of these. I can't make the liquor infusion although I saw someone use in a mojito . . . I will not be drinking for the next few seasons.

Very recent news . . . the smell of oatmeal almost made me loose my stomach so I POS and sure enough. A friend told me she had m/c the same day I found out so I have just been letting it settle in. We haven't told anyone but LO and she isn't talking.
