Booo

We had family photos a couple of weeks ago and just got our online preview with the CD coming in the mail. I honestly don't like any of the family shots she took and only one of each of the kids. I'm hoping the CD is better, but would think she put the best ones on the preview...

So do I ask for a do over? I know it's hard to photograph little kids, but she at least could have made sure DH and I didn't look weird (like have hair in my face) for the pictures. The photographer is a relative, but we still paid for the session. Anyone have experience with a situation like this?

Boo. I'm disappointed.

  • You need to be happy with what you paid for.  If you aren't happy, ask for another session.  The success of any business is customer satisfaction.


    This. When its a product you paid for and expected certain results, you definitely have the right.
