I think it would be reeeeeally difficult to be married to someone with ego the size of Kanye's. Hope it works out for them, though.

I think when it comes to her, it's different. The way he looks at her, talks about her, etc is just different than the way he interacts with everyon else.

I hope it works out but that family and specifically Kim doesn't have the best track record. I remember reading she wanted something "less flashy" after her big from from Kris Humphries...so yeah, this is "only" 15 carats, LOL! I go back and forth about loving her hair.

I feel like she is the kind of girl that changes a lot for her man. He seems to respect her reality career but doesn't want to be part of it so it will be interesting to see what she does with the show when they are married.

I was thinking the same thing. But, any marriage where two people share a child I always wish them the best.

It bugs me when people say this. Sure, that's how long before they filed, but they were only legally divorced a few weeks before North was born. So they were "separated" for a while, but they were still legally married for longer than 72 days.

I'm not sure how I feel about her hair, but other than that I think she looks good from what I have seen. I truly hope they are able to work everything out and have a long healthy marriage for the baby's sake.

I'm happy for them. I remember watching one of the early episodes of Kourtney and Khloe take Miami (something or other) and Kanye met up with Kim and one of the other sisters at the new Dash store location to see how it was coming along. You could tell from that episode so many years ago how into her he was. I was actually excited for them when they got together!

I guess I look at it differently. Their marriage was over in all senses of the word other than legally. It sounds from the tabloids and interviews that it was her ex that was dragging it all out when it could have been done very quickly. While "technically" they were married that whole time, I sort of consider your marriage null and void when you fall in love with and have a child with someone else.

When people become separated, I always look at it that they COULD get back together and they're trying to work things out, or see how it goes apart. I don't think Kim/Kris had any intention of working it out.

I'm happy for them and their daughter. While I understand Kanye has had a thing for her since forever I can't stand his errogance. I know he is different around her but still. I'm happy for them though!

I haven't watched KUWTK in a couple years, so I've never seen them interact, only his recent interviews and TMZ paparazzi clips. I'm sure you're right. I still think true colors come out eventually, though, after the honeymoon. I don't know anyone who's a Dbag to everyone else but awesome to their spouse.

I have to be honest. I couldn't handle 15 carats. It would just get stuck on everything and drive me nuts. FWP, I know. I think anything over 4 or 5 really looks weird though. My old boss just married the COO of our local sports team and hers is 5 with the wedding band. It looks like a swimming pool on her tiny little hand. It's crazy.

I tried to find a picture that she posted on FB but it's got their faces in it, so that's weird. It's our local baseball team if that helps.

MIL has a 2ct center stone, with 1ct side stones., and that can barely stay on her finger. That being said, I wouldn't complain about a 15ct ring were someone to give me one,

My mom has a similar size/style ring. She had it reset after a couple months because it was to much. The side stones are now earrings and the diamond is suspended kinda like this but bigger. I like the simplicity this way.

I don't think I could wear bigger than 2...i tried on a bunch of sizes for DH when we went looking and the size i have looks just right on my finger. My aunts have 3+ each and while they are beautiful, its not practical.

Me too--mine is 2 and even though I have long fingers, I think it looks appropriate. Then again, I'm so neurotic about that kind of stuff that I wear a wide band on my right hand so everything looks symmetrical.

I think most of the time big rocks look ugly. For one, the balance between the diamond and the rest of the ring is usually off, and to me it's about the whole piece of jewelry, not just the stone. But also, large jewelry doesn't flatter all women--people think about picking clothes that flatter their bodies but not rings that flatter their hands.

Or maybe I'm just jealous that I could nevereverever afford a big honkin' stone. But probably not, lol.
