Aunt Flo coming to visit already???

Ok I exclusively breastfed my other two kids and did not get a period for awhile after my c sections. Because of my three week old's cleft, he can't breastfeed so I've been pumping only three times a day and supplementing formula for the rest of the feedings. Well last night the cramps started. I feel like I'm ovulating...I have endometriosis so I cramp terribly when I ovulate. I'm almost four weeks post op and I'm still bleeding from that. Can it be possible thar nt cycle ia starting already? Has anyone else experienced getting their period this early after childbirth?

    I guess anything is possible and you know your body best, but since you are pumping, I don't think you should be cycling yet.

    I EBF and got my period back within 6 weeks. I only bleed for 2 weeks PP though. I was super disappointed it came back so quick especially since I was breastfeeding.

    I really think I'm ovulating. This blows. I guess it's back on birth control asap lol!

    Do you get cramps at specific times? I am exclusively pumping due to a few issues right now and experience period like cramps during my letdown when I'm pumping. Don't know if the two are related for you...

    It's most likely still PP bleeding. It can stop and pick back up for 6-8w PP.

    I know what you're talking about...I always get cramps the first few days of bfing. This is different...continuous ovulation pain since last night. I'm hoping its just risidual c section pain but I have a guy feeling it's not. Maybe I'm wrong...we'll see in a few weeks I suppose!

    It's definitely just pp bleeding for now...I think I'm ovulating so I'm assuming my actual period won't be here for a few weeks. We'll see if I'm right...hope not!
