18 ounces a day for a one month old?

My little girl was born at 8 pounds and she lost 10% of her weight. At her 2 week appt she regained her birth weight so she is back to 8 pounds. 
She is averaging about 18 ounces a day since I am exclusively pumping. 
I am wondering if that is enough for her? She is getting about 2-3 ounces every 3-4 hours a day. She sleeps 5 hours a night.
Does this all seem normal? I can't believe they have us waiting 6 weeks between appts!

    If she is satisfied enough to eat every 3-4 hours and is sleeping well at night, I would say it is perfect for her. Every baby is different. Some require more and some require less.

    our lo was 6 15 and is eff and eats 24 oz. like pp said...every baby is different.

    Sound pretty similar to DS at that age. If she seems full and content then I wouldn't worry. Every baby is different. You can always call your pedi between appts if you have questions.

    Per kellymom.com between 1 to 6 months, breastfed babies average between 19 to 30 oz.
