DD was on the verge of saying Mama as her first word. She said it a lot, but not where it clearly had meaning. This weekend DH thought it would be funny to teach her "uh oh," so he repeatedly pushed items off the kitchen table in front of DD, and followed it up with "uh oh!" DD caught on, and now she won't eat her food because she's too busy throwing it on the floor and saying "uh oh!" (Sometimes "oh oh", sometimes "nuh oh", sometimes "ohhh.") DD loves it, DH loves it, and the cats love it. Mommy doesn't love it.
Thanks, DH.
