Bathtime ?

What is everyone bathing baby in? Now that she is outgrowing the baby bathtub, I am at a loss for where to put her. She sits up pretty well, do I just stick her in the big tub? She seems too little for that still (turned 7 mo yesterday). Thanks!

He has been in the big tub for months, first we just put a hand towel or receiving blanket and lie him on his back or stomach so he can kick. Now we do the laundry basket in the tub so he has some back support and his toys don't float away. What does suck is it is hard to wash all his man bits but that is the hardest part. There is a seat on Amazon for $50 (no thanks). I guess the rings were deemed non safe and no loner sold.

The baby tub we bought came with this little sling thing, like an inclined mesh thing, and now we just set that in the big tub. She sits up in the big tub for most of the time, and then when she lays down to get washed/rinsed she lays on the sling. It works pretty well!

We do the basket in tub to. LO loves it we use the shower handle for rinsing which she doesn't mind. Trying to help her get used to water running down her face with this to. Works pretty good.

Iv'e been thinking about doing this, too. Is the bottom of the laundry basket less slippery than the floor of the tub?

I agree though, washing his penis and area are hard when he just wants to sit up.

The laundry basket is a good idea! We got an inflatable duck tub for $12 at target. LO can sit up and splash a little because the infant tub was too small but the regular tub seems so big.
