Do you have a story or memory from a past Halloween? funny, scary, or otherwise! Not a good story, but once when I was like, 7 or so, I was busy eating my weight in candy after ToTing, and a Now n Later got stuck in my teeth, and I ended up ripping a filling out :S. Fave candy: As a child - Peanut Butter Cups. Now - Crunchie
Fave costume: When I was in highschool my friends and I went as a 6-pack of Pepsi. It was pretty rad.
Memory: My birthday is a few days before Halloween, so I have fond memories of Halloween birthday parties. But I do harbour a bit of resentment as an adult towards Halloween because people are always busy when I want to go out for my birthday and/or I have to do something Halloween-y.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups ALWAYS. I also like receiving mini Dots or Milk Duds boxes.
Both my black cat costume from when I was 4 and a ballerina costume from when I was 6 or 7.
Other Minnesotans will also remember this, but there was a huge blizzard in 1991 and while it was cold, it was fun to go trick or treating in the very deep snow.

Growing up we would come home from trick or treating and dump our pillowcases full of candy in piles on the floor. My sisters and I would look through it and trade what we didn't want while Rocky Horror Picture Show played in the background. I love that movie and until I was an adult I never saw anything after Ed was killed. I guess because we had to go to bed. But I was really surprised by the floorshow and aliens at the end when I watched it later in life.
Now that we're all older, my dad host annual Halloween parties. I help with the crafty decorations and party planning. It's so much fun and I'm really disappointed it's not happening this year because of my sister's wedding in early November.

I just recently saw Rocky Horror for the first time.. it was a very WTF moment for me (I love it now though). We have been going to the local theatre production of the RHS for the last few years, and every year I become more and more obsessed. I always say I'm going to try out for the following year, but haven't gotten the courage to do so
