  I love charming Charlie's. I also will look at Forever 21 if I just want what I want and don't care if it breaks. I've bought a ton of their little $1.80 necklaces and I think they're cute:)

  Check out Cents of Style online too.  I get a ridiculous amount of stuff from them--they always have discount codes and they have a "fashion friday" deal every week that's usually really good.

  
  

  I also go to Charming Charlie a lot.  I've never had anything break from them, but I typically wear big earrings and very few necklaces.
