Phlegm in the morning?

Anyone else have a LO who wakes up with a rattle cough? She has been bad the past few days and we've tried the humidifier with vicks and she isn't running a fever...anyone have tips or know what this might be? Allergies maybe? Flu shot reaction?? I'm stumped.
