  Chicago is about 4 hours from me but we drive through there a lot since my family all lives in Wisconsin. Congrats on making it home again!

  I grew up in a suburb near O'Hare , went to school at UIC and lived in Wicker Park before moving away. How I miss Chicago, especially in the summer and fall.

  We haven't moved back yet. We plan to be back in July. The kids and I are going to visit my sister and parents for two weeks at the end of the month. I am SO excited

  Although, flying alone with a 3 year old and a 1 year old should be......interesting.

  Do you know where you want to look yet? H is planning to start looking to move us back next September. I'm excited but still enjoying DC.

  It all depends in where dh gets a job at. I am praying hard that he gets a job at Loyola or Christ do we can move somewhere around there.

  We pretend like we will look other places but will probably end up in Edgewater or Rogers Park. I'd be ok with Evanston but that's as Burbie as I will go. I actually really like Evanston.

  @Baker_Bride If we had stayed in Chicago we probably would have moved to Evanston. Too bad it's moot now.

  @Baker_Bride we lived in Rogers Park, off of Lunt ave when we were newly engaged. We later lived in Lincoln Square, and LOVED it there. The city schools are what draw me away from the city now.
