DH and I may be in talks for a fourth in the spring/summer. Who knows if it will actually happen but the idea is kind of exciting (and a little scary!)
As a stepmother of 3, my theory is you can't have just one... 2 is perfect but if you have 3, what's one more? There's like a 3rd wheel syndrome with my 3 stepkids. 2 can play together fine, but the three of them together, something always goes wrong. I'm going DS evens things out. I say go for it!

I went from two to five in 18 months. Yes I didn't deliver two of them, but it is ok. I love my big noisy family. Adding a newborn while having a six month old didn't scare me. I had been through it three times with girls. Adding a two year old boy was the scariest part for me. The big girls adjusted quickly. We kept them in their own rooms, made my office a room for DS and put Mallorie into the nursery with Eryn.

Re: Because I can't talk about it IRL
It's not so bad. You'll be great!
