Signs that labor is near

I'm super emotional. I thought for sure last night I was headed for labor. I had so much pain and pressure and felt really off. It was hard to even stand up. I also had contractions and cramping but wanted to wait to see if thy became regular before going to hospital. I also had a number of bowel movements and stomach pain. Well I fell asleep around 1130 and still felt crampy throughout the night but much better today. What the heck tho? I really thought I was gonna have him. Are any of these signs of labor.......I'm 37w 1d. I went into preterm at 32w 5d. I am 2cm and 80%effaced and LO is in position.

    When were you told you were 2cm and 80% effaced?  You could very well be in labor.

    When I had DS I had a day I felt so sick and had a few BM and then went into labor the next night. I think that crappy day was my body preparing!

    Same here with first DS.  Had a horrible day including crazy BM.  The next day I was fine and the day after my water broke.  Definitely could be signs of labor.  Good luck!
