Back contractions?

Umm HOLY SHIT, those are no joke!! I sneezed, and for whatever reason that seemed to bring one on. My husband said my fave turned bright red! Lasted probably 15 seconds or so. I had another one maybe 10 minutes later, but it wasn't as strong.

I never felt contractions with DS1, so this is new to me!! Anyone else have back contractions yet?? Not fun at all!!

    A couple weeks ago I had a really stressful couple of days at work. During the peak of the stress I got these feelings like being punched in the back really hard that then wrapped around to the front and sorta felt like period cramps. Not sure if that's similar to what you are describing, but it sucked!

    Definitely stopped me in my tracks every time it happened, but then they passed once I relaxed and drank some water (and talked to my boss about needing to lower my stress level at work...)

    No, I haven't. But my hoo haa screams every time I move my legs more than 5 inches apart.

    Mine does, too! Getting in and out of my bed and truck is killer.

    Mine does, too! Getting in and out of my bed and truck is killer.
    Is it super painful to turn over in bed too? Everytime I need to turn I wake up from the pain and make weird whiny pain noises. I feel really bad for DH, I should buy him some earplugs.

    This super pain just started for me last night. Turning over in bed has been a bit of a challenge and a little painful for a while now, but last night was on another level. I feel ya!

    Oh yes, super painful to roll over in bed too. I was diagnosed with SPD around 25 weeks. Hoping that decides to disappear after delivery! Oh the joys of pregnancy!
