Halloween Activities

I might be a little silly but I was trying to come up with fun Halloween themed activities for Olivia. Since she's so young and is still fearful of strangers finding age appropriate activities is hard. So far what I have thought of is having her paint a pumpkin using an edible paint recipe, supervising her while she pulls out the guts of the pumpkin, and taking her around the neighborhood on Halloween to look at the decorated houses and costumes. Does anyone else have any clever ideas they plan to do with their little ones or are you waiting until they get a little older so they can really appreciate it?

    We've carved pumpkins. He enjoyed playing with the guts. I am not buying a costume this year because it seems pointless to me. We will hand out candy together until it is bedtime.

    We went to his school's fall festival he played, saw animals,we took pics by the hay and pumkpin patch area but i was to fearful to have him sit on the pony like the other parents.
    I say your idea sounds excellent an activity and a nice walk sounds perfect!

    They're having a little party at daycare so we will do that
