Re: whats your LO's wake up time?

  • Now it is 6-7 for them but when DS was younger, he would wake around 5 sometimes. I would usually go lie on the couch while he watched sprout for another hour.

  • She wakes up between 6 & 6:30am though she still has those 5/5:30 mornings too. Overall though I'm happy with it considering I put her down at 6:30pm and toddlers only need so much sleep.

  • Usually somewhere around six thirty or seven. Or eight when it's my husband's turn to get up with him, like this morning. Tomorrow it will be six since it's my turn ;-)

  • 9 am ish... Bedtime is 9pm ish too. I've tried earlier and she takes it as a nap.

  • It used to be 5:45 on the dot, but now if we let her sleep - she'll wake up around 7:45. Sadly, I usually wake her for daycare around 6:15

  • At times he gets up earlier on the weekends (it's like he knows he gets to play with mom and dad all day and can't wait :-p), but he usually is up between 6:30-7 every day.

  • Weekdays: I wake DS at 6:10 for work/DC. Weekends: I let him sleep as late as he wants. Usually between 7-7:30.
  • Usually she is up around 8, but this morning she slept in until 10:30! She was up late but it was awesome. Both DH and I got caught up on sleep.

  • I get her out of bed at 8am. If she wakes up a little early she just plays until I get her. She is perfectly content doing that. She is 14 months old.

  • Between 630 and 7. She goes to sleep for the night anywhere from 6 pm to 730 pm depending upon how the day went.

  • I'm jealous of those people with LOs that sleep til 8:00.  DS usually gets up at 6:00.  Sometimes he will fall back to sleep for another hour.
  • around 7. sometimes he'll be up at 6:30/6:45 but babble for awhile. he's almost 23 months.

  • Between 6:30 and 8. It just depends on when she falls asleep the night before.
  • 5:30-6. I try to make her stay in there until 6, unless she wakes up screaming, like she did yesterday at 5. 6 is really the best I can hope for, and it gets us enough time for us to have breakfast and get dressed without rushing. I wouldn't mind earlier, but the problem is when she starts getting up at 5:30, it slowly starts to creep earlier every day, until it's before 5. Which I don't like personally, but also I don't think that's enough sleep. She goes to bed at 7.

  • Wow I wish I could tell you. My DD is 13 months & is never consistant with anything! Can't get her on a schedule except for bedtime. She goes to bed around 7:30-8 and is up 1-2 times a night (never been a good sleeper) and will wake up anywhere between 5:30-8. If she gets up at 8 then usually it's because she's woken up twice and the second time I will give her a bottle (she still has morning & night bottles, sippy during the day). And she only takes 1 nap a day lasting 30min.-1hr.
  • Between 9:00 and 11:00 am. She goes to bed around 9pm, though. That's what works with our schedule, and with her being our only child, we can do that right now.
  • Up between 5:30 and 6:00 (maybe a couple times a month later than 6 or earlier than 5:30). She goes to bed between 6:45-7:15 and naps for 1-2hrs at 12:00 every day. She has always needed a bit less sleep than what seems to be average and she does make up for sleep when she needs to. We don't mind the early bedtime and having some time in the evening and as another poster pointed out they only sleep so much.
  • Usually 6:30-7 when she hears DH getting ready for work.
