  I'd get it. I'm considering it for Owen too since he loves watching daddy vacuum!

  I would get it anyways.  I got my DS2 a toy chain saw for his birthday because he likes to help his dad out in the back yard when he cuts wood for the fire place.  That was money well spent!
  Edited to say:  i should add that Dex loved playing with it indoors, too! (though it is almost as long as him) it was 3+ but has no small parts to it.
