What is the meaning behind your screen name, and how did you come up with it? Well, I have always been a weirdo, and people when I was younger had always called me freaky, and I just tend to get things done quickly, however in my old age, I have become a procrastinator. But somehow it stuck and I had it LONG before, Jimmy Johns had their little catch phrase. So I just used it like I had in the past. My DH HATES it. I think people tend to think it was a sexual thing and its not, just me being a freak I guess.
Any plans for this weekend? Holy crap. DS is having senior pictures done this weekend. Sigh. Where does the time go?

Why did you name your child(ren) what you did? Family reference or something you loved? I actually had a different name picked out for DS, and apparently in my drug induced state, I looked at him, and named him something completely different. Austin Michael. When they brought him to me to feed his name was written on the side of the crib thing they put them in, and I said 'Is that his name?' and the nurse said 'Yes dear, that is what you named him, don't you remember.'
Does your child(ren) go by any nicknames? Yes he gave himself the nickname Yoshi after the Super Mario character, because Yoshi was his favorite and for some reason it stuck. Everyone calls him Yoshi outside of the house. Teachers, friends, his boss, friends parents. I usually only say it when I am trying to get his attention in loud public areas. ha

What is the meaning behind your screen name, and how did you come up with it? I used it for an email address in college and it just stuck. I went to UA, so uagirl seemed like it would work.
Any plans for this weekend? Hoping to make it to the pumpkin patch with C tomorrow.

Why did you name your child(ren) what you did? Family reference or something you loved? My daughter is Charlotte Emi. DH is half Japanese, so we used a Japanese middle name. C.E. were my grandfather's initials.
Does your child(ren) go by any nicknames? We call her spider monkey, but not in public. DH will occasionally call her Charlie, but she doesn't like it. In true southern fashion, we call her Charlotte Emi a good bit.

Basically because I have strong southern roots, and im a momma! I wouldn't have added the +'s but everything else was taken, lol.

2.) Any plans for this weekend?

More than likely we will have a lazy weekend, its been a busy week.

I actually let my dad pick my daughters first name, Its a name he has always loved and since I couldn't come up with anything I figured why not! Her middle name was a pain in the ass because my sister and I were 4 weeks apart and both having girls. We compared names and realized we had chosen the same middle name.... (Elizabeth) Which didn't go over well, so to keep the peace, I changed ONE letter to shut my sister up, So DD's name is Skyler Elisabeth, I actually like it better, it sounds so beautiful to me

Sky, Sky baby, Sky Sky, Little shit! lol Depends on her behavior that day

1.) I know this is bad but it's part of my name. My maiden name actually. I created this account when I was on theknot and never thought I'd be posting on message boards.
2.) going to a friend's bridal shower on Sat.
3.) DD's name is Vera Grace. We just loved the name. It was classic & not too popular. Cute but something she can grow up with. I wanted her middle name to be Jo because that's my mom's mn but DH vetoed that.

1.) What is the meaning behind your screen name, and how did you come up with it?

Well, I'm very in the IF closet. I have an IRRATIONAL fear that one of you ladies is actually my neighbor and will find me out and then tell my MIL who will undoubtedly give annoying TTC advice. It is the first initial of my MIDDLE name and the first initial of my MAIDEN name and then random numbers.

2.) Any plans for this weekend?

I have a long honey-do list for DH so he will be very busy

It is kinda derived from my husband's name. I wanted a straight blank blank JR. and I got vetoed out. So I did a very similar name, then my DH's middle name.

2.) Does your child(ren) go by any nicknames?

Hopefully, it won't stick but DH and I sometimes call DS "Poopey". I don't know why?

What is the meaning behind your screen name, and how did you come up with it? I married a Castillo.
Any plans for this weekend? Hopefully the dinosaur museum tomorrow, then Idk after that. We'll figure it out as we go along I guess.

Why did you name your child(ren) what you did? Family reference or something you loved? Omg it was a totally random decision. We both were convinced she was a boy (just a strong hunch) so we had a boy name picked out, and we referred to her as "him" and shit. When we found out we were having a girl, it had never even dawned on us to consider girl names- it was a total shock (this was a strong effing hunch we had) so on the way to the store after our anatomy scan, we tossed around a couple girl names (maybe like 3 names total?) and I said "What about Natalia?" H was all "Yea, that's fine, whatever" and it was done. You know this shit was a million percent sporadic because we can not even agree on a GD pronunciation of her name.
Does your child(ren) go by any nicknames? She has tons of nicknames. Lately I call her Dove, which is short for Lovie Dovie :P

@freakyfast your story about your DS' name just reminded me.. after I had DD I remember sleeping for a couple hours and waking up hysterically crying saying "She doesn't look like a Natalia at all" it's pretty funny to think about now. Those drugs are no joke hahaha

I should have mentioned my son's name is Austin Michael... I should edit that. and put it in my story.

Yeah helluva drug! LOL I totally had a different name out for him. I didn't know the sex, but I just knew he was a boy.

What is the meaning behind your screen name, and how did you come up with it?
I joined theknot to do some wedding planning, hence the Bride. I was attending UF, so I'm a Gator. And 07 was the year we got married.

Any plans for this weekend?
MIL is coming over from AL tomorrow, and we're leaving for Disney on Monday!

Honestly, I searched and searched for names bc there aren't many girl names I love. Finally, I happened to read the back of my copy of The Notebook and noticed the female character is named Allie. I suggested it to DH and he liked it too. Her middle name is Anne after MIL's middle name.

Does your child(ren) go by any nicknames?
Shorty is the main one. When she was a baby, all her pants were too short (she's long legged), and DH called her Shorty McShortpants. Shorty stuck.

Why did you name your child(ren) what you did? Family reference or something you loved? My DD was named after her great grandma on my ex-h's side and my grandma.

What is the meaning behind your screen name, and how did you come up with it? It's my name and wedding anniversary. Suuuper creative.
Any plans for this weekend? Headed to Disney for the week!! First time for my DDs and my mom is coming, too.

Why did you name your child(ren) what you did? Family reference or something you loved? DD1 is Quinn Eliana, I saw Quinn in a baby name book and thought DH would never go for it. Two days later he asked me if I liked it! Now he tries to claim he named her. DD2 is Kennedy Gwen. Around 20wks I asked him what he thought of Kennedy, he liked it, boom - named.
Does your child(ren) go by any nicknames? Quinn is Quinny or QBall, Kennedy is KK or KBear.

Why did you name your child(ren) what you did? Family reference or something you loved? Alexis Haleiwa. While we were dating we always talked about the name Alexis, and Haleiwa (Holly-Ava) is a beautiful Hawaiian town we both fell in love with when visiting Hawaii. I wanted it for her first name but I admit it's a little rough and with our last name it would've been a mess lol.
Does your child(ren) go by any nicknames? Ali. I feel like there are a lot of Lexi's, so we went with Ali.

We do! We're also test driving the new magicbands! I'm 100% convinced one of my children will take it off and leave it somewhere though...should be interesting!

We're staying offsite, so no magic bands. But we are rope drop people, so never have an issue with lines.

What is the meaning behind your screen name, and how did you come up with it? It is leftover from the knot. Maybe I should change it since it has my name but I can't figure out how.
Any plans for this weekend? Next weekend will be really busy so not much this weekend. DS has soccer tomorrow, and we may go to a pumpkin festival. We picked pumpkins when the in-laws were visiting but they closed the festival due to rain.

What is the meaning behind your screen name, and how did you come up with it? No story, just a random name that I used to replace my former screen name which contained my name
Any plans for this weekend? This past weekend was DS's 2nd birthday party. It was a lot of fun.

Why did you name your child(ren) what you did? Family reference or something you loved? First name was just a name DH and I both liked but his middle name is after DH's grandpa who passed away several years prior on the same month and day as DS's arrival.
Does your child(ren) go by any nicknames? He has all kinds of them at day care but I mostly just call him by his name, buddy, and baby. And sometimes "child" as in "Seriously, child? Did you really just do that?"
