EDD, Full moon, membrane stripping..COME ON

Ok just had my 40 week appt, which I am dilated to 5cm! HOLLA!!! I had him strip my membranes which he could barely do bc of how dilated and 'stretchy' I was. I will be honest, telling me I am stretchy made me LOL literally! So now I am reallyhoping this full moon pulls through!!

These posts are annoying, I know. But I ak just too flipping excited to be so close!! Ahhhh

Damn!! 5cm without even trying. WAY TO GO CERVIX! Good luck!

I caved today and got a cervix check.. 1-2cm 50% effaced. I don't think a moon moon baby is in my future..

Don't give up hope! Anything could happen! Dilation can happen in just a matter of hours;)

At my appt on Wednesday my doc said he didn't think I would make it to my due date on Monday. I almost would have rather he not tell me that, because this waiting game stinks! I've never wished for pain, but at this point, I just wish something would happen!!

I would be shouting from the rooftops if I was dilated that much. Holy cow!! I'm barely 1cm and 50% effaced at 39 weeks. And baby is still so high they think he's breech when they find his HB w/ the doppler. He's never coming out. I'm going to have a c-section in November. WAH!!

Me either ( , I am at 2 cm and 60% effaced. This shit isn't going to happen and I want to die! Ugly cry to follow.....

I am trying not to get my hopes up, but I do feel spoiled being this far and not in actice labor. Who knows how awful the last 5 cm of dilation will be--but I am counting my blessings!!

Oh man. Been having lower back pain and some serious tightening across my stomach ALL afternoon. Sure hope this turns into labor tonight!

My friend who was due Nov 2nd had her baby yesterday... What's so crazy is she was only in labor for an hour and 28mins. She went to the Dr Tuesday and was 5cm so hopefully you will have the same easy labor as her! I am jealous because I know I won't get so lucky :-/
