1 week pp- cramps and diarrhea

I am one week past my scheduled c/s. I had 2 BMs already. Then tonight I had really bad gas and cramps, and then diarrhea. I've been in the bathroom 3 times in the last hour, though only the first one was significantly productive.

Have others experienced this? Should I be concerned? I also have IBS, so maybe it's just my stupid stomach acting up as usual. My son is in the NICU, so there's been a lot of stress this week as well.

I'm going to see how the evening goes and if it is still bad call the OB on call, but thought I'd check with you all in the meantime to see if others have had anything similar.

    Because of the stool softeners they gave me I went from one extreme to the other. It took a few weeks to get back to normal. I would guess the combo of stress, c section, IBS is just doing a number on you.
