BPA

So I thought of something that I do differently now than I did before when we were able to get pregnant. In an effort to drink more water, we started buying bottled water. We go through a lot of bottled water every week. Meanwhile, I just read an article about BPA causing miscarriages and just being bad for fertility in general. So today I went and bought two Brita filter water bottles for the hubs and I. It can't hurt, right?!

Re: BPA

  • I think it's a great idea. We used to go through bottled water a lot too, but it's so bad for the environment. I've also heard you should never drink water from a plastic bottle that's been warmed (like in your car) bc it leeches even more chemicals.

  • It definitely can't hurt!  DH and I have recently made the switch to stainless steel water bottles to drink more water throughout the day.  We have also converted food storage containers over to glass.  I'm just a little leery of plastic in general.
