Introduction & a Question

Hi All!

I've only been TTC #2 since September and have been lurking since then. My history should be in my signature which I copied and pasted from my old bump account.  I only got a new one because when I signed up I didn't pay attention and used my last name in my screen name so I wanted to start fresh and remove that.  I peruse the toddler 12 - 24 month board as well as my DD is 21 months.  

In regards to TTC with infertility issues it is surprising how much I have forgotten!  On that note, my question is...I got a positive OPK last Tuesday (10/8), what DPO would you say I am? By my calculation it could be anywhere from 9 - 11 DPO, but I can't quite remember if you count the day of positive OPK as day 1, or the day after when I think is when you technically ovulate? And then do you start counting the day of ovulation as 1 DPO or would it be the day after that? So confused!

And I wanted to add, that although I have only been lurking you ladies have already provided me so much help - so thank you! I never realized some of the internal struggles I would deal with in trying to conceive baby #2. It's just not the same as it was in trying to conceive DD and I guess I wasn't quite prepared for those issues.  For the most part I am referring to the doubt if we are making the right decision, or should we see our secondary infertility as a sign from God that we should be happy with our perfect family unit of 3. Questions none of you can answer of course, but it helps to know that I am not the only one that has these thoughts.
