Another pooping question!

My son is 13 weeks and he is on Zantac which makes him constipated. He is a breast fed baby but he is going on day 7 of no bm. I tried prune juice 2 days ago didn't work, so I gave him a infant size glycerin in his booty and usually he goes with in 10 min. Well it's been 3 hrs and still no poop. Any suggestions. I'm gonna call the dr tomorrow just wanted to see if anyone else is going through thus. Tia :)
