  Connor likes stuffed toys, SIL gave us Sophie the Giraffe set.. one chew rubber one and one soft one, he would rather play with the soft one. He also likes boxes lol.

  DS loves single-serve Dannon Greek yogurt containers...easy to pick up, you can throw them and they spin and flutter in odd directions, and you can put other things inside of them. Another recent favorite is a spiky rubber ball that is maybe 3" in diameter that lights up when you bounce it hard.

  A push toy would be good. He'll be walking before you know it! And Fisher price little people are greats toys they can grow into for a few years.

  the car itself doesn't move or drive but it has tons of sounds and he likes crawling in and out of it. He can play with stuff in it or outside.

  This is in LOs top 3. It's a wierd company name I can't remember with a B. A little pricey but someone bought it off the registry for us.

  The elephant is cool. Lots to do and see and she's just learning to drop the balls in the top.
  
  The fisher price table probably gets the most play time, but it's electronic so you might no be interested. I haven't put the legs on it yet so it just sits on the floor. She loves that thing.

  Raz loves her Jenny Jump Up. She squeal, twists, walks, and jumps. She also likes her Sofie as a teething tool. Her dogs are probably her fav though

  Regan has the laugh and learn table also. DD played with it from her first Christmas until she was 3! His favorite Non-battery toys would be his O-Ball (he likes to throw and roll it back and forth), and anything he can roll across the floor and chase after.

  FYI for those with the activity tables- it's working well for us to have two legs off. DS can sit and play with it easily. We just started this week and he really likes it.
  
  For non-electronic: a stuffed sheep and dinosaur, an oball, and an old Tupperware toy with different shaped yellow blocks inside.

  My girls love the above toy. 

  If your looking for something to grow into, the activity table someone else suggested is fabulous!  My DS still plays with his once in a while.  As soon as he could stand he loved that thing!

  TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

  This has been such a great thread. I wanted to say thanks to the posters that recommended the B. Zany Zoo Activity Cube. I just got one today to give to DS for Christmas! I can't wait! Also, @minxyglams, thanks for the oompa link. Lots of cool stuff there!

  LO likes anything that crinkles and makes noise when she shakes it. Lamaze toys are a big hit like Freddie the Firefly and Captain Calamari. She can play quietly with them for a good while.

  
  

  Also when she's sitting in her high chair while I do stuff in the kitchen, I give her some kitchen utensils to play with and she loves it, like a whisk, spatula, etc.
