DD1 wants to be this for Halloween. I'm not paying that and went out and bought the supplies to make it. I was just going to do the loop knot/no sew type tutu but am wondering if I could fake sewing it with that Liquid Stitch stuff. Any chance it'd work? Or should I just start cutting my tulle.

Id just loop knot it, its simpler than screwing with glue. But if I did use glue, I'd use a hot glue gun, most of the other glues need more time to set.

I've used hot glue in a pinch, if I was in a rush or whatever, it works well

My finger tips do not like the sound of hot glue.

I should probably start cutting tulle before one of the girls wakes up.

Loop knot, definitely. Hot glue guns scare me (got burned once as a kid, so I avoid them now). I've made a few loop knot tutus and I think they can out cute and fuller than if I had glued or sewed it.

I made one for me. Just loop and knot it. The more tulle you use the thicker and fuller it will be.

I didn't see your pic...but def loop knot. I made her a tutu yesterday and took less than an hour. I'd post a pic but can't move bc sleepin baby on me.
