NWMR: Sheet recommendations?

DH and I have a new mattress coming next week and I wanted to get some nice, new sheets to go with it.  I feel old and lame that I'm so excited about this, but with three little ones, one being a newborn, I am so looking forward to some good sleep.

We have a king sized bed and four pillows, in addition to our shams.  So tell me, what are your favorite luxury sheets?
