Why is Harry always an ass in fanfics? Like seriously, the cupcake is the sweetest thing in the world and everything I read makes him out to be the biggest dick in the world. I want to give him a hug and apologize for people sucking.

    I dont read much of it but I've noticed the same thing. I thought maybe the writers are young girls who like the bad boy thing paired with the hotness that is Harry? And that maybe I'm just too old to get the appeal of changing him into an asshole?

    It makes me feel bad for him because I totally totally don't get a jerkhole vibe from him at all.

    He's really cupcakey in Larry fanfics. Like, adorably so. Even though I'm not really shipping Larry anymore I still think Larry fanfics are just the best thing ever.
