Tomorrow (thankfully Friday) however...

So tomorrow I have to go to the doctor and get blood work done.  I have to go for work they have a know your number campaign and if you do not go your insurance goes up.  So I am going! 

This is the part that stinks I have to fast, I requested to the doctors office to give me the earliest time possible so I would not make myself sick if I hadn't had breakfast yet.  So I got a 9:30 am appointment time,  not excited about this at all cause I know I will be feeling all out of sorts at that point. 

Has anyone else had to fast for blood work to be taken while they are pregnant ?

    I've had to fast for the glucose test in my past pregnancies....its not too bad, I would have a snack ready once you are done.

    Ask how long you really have to fast for. Meaning some tests are 12 hours and some are 8. And set an alarm an get up and eat a snack at the last moment so hopefully it won't be too bad. There is a big difference between eating dinner at 6pm and then nothing else until 930am or eating a quick pb&j and some milk at 930p or even 1am then having the blood work done.
