Crib to toddler bed?

We have a Graco converitble crib... I googled and googled last night and this morning and I can't find the kit.  Does anyone know where I can find one?  We have the Katelyn Expresso set.

DS screams when we put him in the crib, so we were hoping that maybe if we have a bed for him, he might sleep in there. :( I'll try anything at this point.

    We bought the set at Walmart, I contacted Graco but it's a LaJobi crib... I feel like this is a vicious circle.  I wish I would have researched the crib to bed products before buying.

    Can you just take the front off of the crib and then add one of those mesh like toddler rails to it? We went from crib to double bed so I really dont know how this toddler bed business works.

    Thanks, I'll have to check that out when we get home, I can't remember where the legs are (front panel or on both side panels.
