DS sounds hoarse - what do I do?

He sounded a little but hoarse this morning when he woke up but now it's really bad. ?I plan to call the pedi first thing tomorrow morning. ?Is there anything I should watch out for??? ?He had a cold when he was 2 months but this is different. ?

I'm so worried about him... ?I feel so bad for him.?

As long as he doesn't have a fever or trouble breathing I wouldn't worry about it too much until the morning. DD had this about 2 weeks ago and the pedi said to just watch for a fever and for difficulty breathing.
