Baby can't come until....

The wall decal for her crib arrives, her aden and anais blankets arrive (& washed), and the night stand for her room is assembled.  Also, the carpets need to be cleaned in the entire apartment.  Oh, and the dog needs to get groomed.  There I said it.  She can't come until all of these things are done.  

Oh, and last but not least I need to have my mani/pedi done.  

What is your "Baby can't come until..." list?

    Baby can't come until we get blinds for the windows in the nursery, until we hang the 3 pictures on the wall, and until after Halloween so we can take DD trick or treating

    I want at least 25 more days (30 till due date). I have my work shower this weekend, and after that I will do my final (ha ha!) shopping and prep for baby. My vehicle needs to get into the shop and then detailed. Other that that it is just cleaning that I want to do before baby comes.  

    And I have to get my work situation figured out since the person that has my position in the evening said today that he would quit if I went on maternity leave without my bosses hiring someone to fill my day position. Way to be a team player and wait till the last minute to decide to be an asshat!!

    Until I've had a decent 3 days off work to get all the blankets, onesies and bedding washed! Due on 11/12, officially starting mat leave on the 4th, but working half days until the 6th. Ugh. I hope I'm not this much of a slacker when Astin is actually here!!

    DD was born in 2011, I still try and claim she is the reason they won the Super Bowl! I am holding out hope that this LO will bring them luck this year and than both of my LOs will be born in years they won the Super Bowl.

    Little one can't come until I have everything washed, the dogs groomed well, and preferably after I go to the southern Christmas show :)

    Until the government fixes itself. DH is working for an IOU and won't get paternity leave while it's shut down. Ughh

    Until after DD's birthday because I don't want them to have to share a birthday. And also not until after my mom or sister arrive, meaning I don't want a super quick labor-10-12 hours or so would be an ample amount of time for them to show up and me to still get to the hospital. I don't really feel like I need to do a whole lot before baby arrives mostly it's just logistical.

    Until the car seat is installed in my husband's car, I guess.  But really, I just want this baby to hold on at least until November!

    Until this hellish project that I am heading up at work is done at the end of October. I am willing this baby to stay put until then!

    I want him to wait until after my sons birthday (oct 24) and Halloween.... So anytime after the 31st is fine! He's due the 9th! (I did get my eyebrows waxed today, which was on my to do list.... So that's one thing down!)

    Until after my sons bday 11/9. His birthday party is set for the 10th. He was due 11/25 and came two weeks early...this baby is also is 11/25 so of course I am afraid she will come early too :/

    She can't come until our car seat gets here! Which is supposed to be Tuesday! And then I need to pack my hospital bag, and get the car detailed, and finish up the minor decorations in her room... Oh and I need to call our insurance to check on the breast pump. I feel like such a slacker.

    I just want him to hang on until DH is here permanently!! For the next month he is in MD during the week and at our house on the weekends! Game on after 11/8 :) Of course I want him to bake as long as possible!

    Funny, I want LO born that day too. But with the bears winning, not packers...

    And baby can't come until DH works next weeks 12 hr shifts. Could use the extra money before my unpaid maternity! Also if he comes the week he should I could pull off being outta work until the new year!!

    I don't think we can be friends during football season after a comment like that!!!

    Nov. 1st.  I'd like baby to be at least 38 weeks and I do NOT want him/her born on Halloween (which is when I'd turn 38 weeks.)  My husband would also probably prefer I not be in labor while the Cardinals are winning the World Series!

    There's a lot I wish I could get done but since My dad just finished working on our house but hasn't actually finished everything such as taping, sanding, closing up the wall along my new staircase, closing up my old staircase and other details. I won't get to paint the boys room before spring. But I do need to reorganize my house, get a dumpster for construction trash in my garage and yard, clean the floors (hands and knees with a brush on my tile), put together the co sleeper, shave the dog, I need 4 weeks before he comes so my body and breast milk is clean from milk and soy. I feel like it was easier the first time around

    Well.... Where do I start
    1. My hubby need to finish painting the nursery today . Then he need to move the furniture for the baby's room from the kitchen into the room. ( clothes are already washed and in the drawers ).Then we need to bring all the gifts in from the baby shower in from the garage in and organize the room. (Basically need to do the whole nursery )
    4. We still need to go buy the bedding for the crib and curtains .
    5 . Need to do a major grocery shopping
    6. Finish unpacking a few moving boxes and need to prepare food for after baby.
    7. Hubby need to finish the yard work

    Hubby is a correctional officer and works 4 hours away from home so when he comes down on his off days he has been trying to tackle all we have on this list. I try helping as much as I can.

    On the bright side if he did come early which is very Likely we have the rock in play all put together :-) and we have everything to take care of him. Just nothing is in its right place.

    Think I will copy this list over to my phone:-)

    I just want LO to wait until after DD2's birthday on 10/19. But I think that is the night of the full moon, so I'm a little worried they might share a birthday! Not the end of the world, but I would like them to have their own special days.

    LO can't come until after Nov. 1 (the first day of high school bball practice in our state-- DH is a coach) and until I can get some clients to pay their bills which will hopefully be this month.  I need money people!!!

     Oh good! I'm rarely on here, and was going to post to see if I'm really dragging on washing LO's stuff, but see that I'm not the only one!
     It would be really nice if baby would wait until after our kitchen remodel starts (cabinets are coming in late), and finishes- with everything put away. If not, my parent's are 5 minutes away, so I just might recover over there if worse comes to worse. But, ideally, that'd be wrapped up.
     We had just painted in the nursery, and I've been waiting to wash clothes until the smell dissipates. (Maybe it was the darker color, but I swear that low VOC still stank up the room!)
     EDD is 11/15. DS1 was evicted at 40 weeks, but I'm a little unsure about this 2nd one.
     Oh yeah, and I need to pack my hospital bag. I pretty much have it on a list. That's a start, right?
     This feels so different than DS1's birth prep!

    Until the carseats are installed, the rocker is purchased and in the nursery, i finish washing the hand me downs (i'm keeping the tags on the new stuff.), I finish training my replacement at work.

    but really, if she wants to come a tiny bit before her due date I will not be upset.  I am freaking tired and in pain =(

    I just want to take DD1 trick if treating next Saturday. I'll be 39 weeks by then, so baby can come anytime after that. Also it works better for my maternity leave that way.
    IVF, acupuncture, meditation and a miracle.
