What can I expect at my 6wk PP doctor appt?

Should I anticipate a pap smear? :/ ick.

    I have mine coming up and will have a Pap smear done. She will also check to make sure I've healed up. We talked bc at my last appointment and I'm starting that once I get my first period. I am FF so that should be soon!

    I had a pap at my 1st appt so didn't need one at pp one. We talked bc and she felt my uterus to make sure it's the right size and healing (from the inside).

    If you are due for a pap they will do that. They also check whether your cervix has closed, uterus contracted and any tearing or stitches have healed. Mine always does a pp questionnaire to screen for PPD as well.

    Probably depends on when your last one was, but I had one at mine.
