Anyone else having issues with insurance covering the baby? We are now receiving the bills from our hospital time...mine was exactly as expected. The bills under the baby's name are over $2000.. They just say for "medical services" and that the charges were incurred before coverage began. What the heck?! While pregnant insurance company said we had 30 days to add baby once born...we couldn't add baby before she was born. We added baby within a week of birth. This all actually happened a couple weeks ago and we assumed the hospital had tried to bill before she was actually added to our policy so we called and asked them to re bill our insurance. Well today I go check the mail and have a shiny new eob stating we are responsible for the full amount....again. Momma's pissed. I hate dealing with insurance....
