  Bottom middle two, top middle right, top middle left, bottom left side, then right. Then top left side. We are STILL waiting on her top right to come in like 3 months after it started.

  Bottom middle two then top middle two then two more on the bottom on each side of the middle then two more on top on each side of the middle.  Now his molars on both sides just broke through and I can see both his I teeth they just haven't broke yet.  I have a very cranky baby right now.

  Bottom two.  Top incisor, other top incisor, 1 middle top.    And not all completely.  We have 1 huge fang on top and the others starting...but only 1 middle.  It is all so odd and random.
