I'm back. Working 4 hour shifts, no lifting, and limited walking. I'm trying to take it slow and be careful. I think I'm going to be on pelvic rest for the rest of the pregnancy. They are charging the other driver with some moving violations he is pleading guilty to as part of a plea. He's a minor and there weren't any drugs or alcohol involved. Basically, he was just a dumbass driving too fast.
Baby boy H is here! Born 2/1/2014

This baby's grounded! I had a midwife apt today and I'm still 6cm/100% effaced and contracting every 7-9 min or so. Baby's moved a bit further down (+1 station now, was at 0 station last week) and my midwives are thinking the baby might be in a wonky position that's causing the never ending contractions so I have a referral to an acupuncturist to maybe turn LO around. If that doesn't work then there might be an issue with my pelvic muscles being too tight to allow him/her to drop further, so I also have a chiro and a bodywork/reflexology specialist to call for adjustments. In the meantime I'm doing a lot of exercises and stretches at home but nothing's really working much. Tylenol PM is my friend.
Six years of infertility and loss, four IUIs, one IVF and one very awesome little boy born via med-free birth 10.24.13.
