Ella had a friend over a couple days ago

the lil girl in the purple is 15 months old and Ella turned a year old yesterday

they were sooo cute together, gabbing in their own little language!

@mbm1983 Yes, her hair is red! With an aunt and two grandmothers with red hair, we weren't really surprised. Mine started red but didn't stay that way. We'll see what hers does.

@Lucky+Square Awww, thank you so much. We decided to attempt a 1 year photo shoot in our yard to save some $$ and it worked out great. Its beautiful here right now and, of course, we think LO is beautiful too!

I took this picture of Henry at his birthday party. I didn't dress him in a shirt because I figured he would want to get cake everywhere, but as it turns out he doesn't like touching sticky or slimy things....my kid is a weirdo!

@ziegeficker way cute! I love the bowtie! My kid did the same thing put his finger in the frosting and threw it on the floor and didn't look at it again. He did not like the sticky feeling at all.

Such a great pic! Your kiddo does OK eating an apple like that? I have been so paranoid to do that with my LO but I've really wanted to. I am such a worry-wart when it comes to food with her. Do you find he just scrapes of little bits? Or is he biting big chunks and gumming them?
