Crazy Pregnancy Dreams?

Hi Everyone -

Popping over from 12-24 months. I am author, and I'm currently writing a blog post on pregnant women's dreams. Does anyone have a wild story they might want to share?

The dreams I've been having are very weird to me. Last night I had one where my cousin Lindsey and I went driving in my dads truck on a crazy weird highway that was completely wack, the truck ended breaking down and we saw this weird small green car with loaded with boxes and stuff. We hoped in and outta nowhere we saw a lot of smoke and fire ahead of us on top of the bridge, it was scary. The weird thing this car would automatically go to 90 with barely touching the petal. In real life my cousin is a Christian like hardcore. And while we were driving we looked in the glove box and find like a bag of joints and blunts. She was smoking them. It was like what?? As we are driving it's like the highway never ended. That smoke and fire was from this water park that can't fire but people were still swimming and acting like they're we're fine. So eventually we decided we weren't getting anywhere so we had to turn around and go back and get the truck. So once we got t the truck this guy was standing there saying where my food? I was like what are you talking about. In real life I work at taco Bueno. So then I realized I had some food in the truck we gave it to him then drive off. Suddenly the road ended and we magically came to my grandmas house. All my family was there. And I heard them talking about my dad was smoking and my other cousin. I was like what is going on here? Then I woke up.

I had them for a while and I haven't any too crazy weird recently but I haven't been sleeping well either so that might be the issue. I'm ok withit because they weren't funny weird they were only scary!

haha I have a short dream for you. I was stuck in my house because every time I would try to walk out of it a giant Turtle would be there staring at me with the look on his face "where are you going" in a mean way. I would then shut the front door and go to the side door open it and he would be there again like " Where do you think your going", with his eyes intensely staring at me and his neck popping and reaching out of his shell ( almost like the fake lunge forward) ... it sucked I couldnt leave...lol

All my dreams have been really weird. I gave birth in a swimming pool, and once the labor was over my grandmother breastfed the baby while I took a swim. Another one was I dream I gave birth to a rabbit. My dreams have been so weird. I have had dreams every night since I've been pregnant. Some nights, I can't remember what happen, just bits and pieces.

The latest weird dream I had my husband found out a friend was HIV +. He was taking it awfully hard then I found some pills he had that they give when you are HIV+. So I started questioning what was going on and found out that my husband was on the DL. I was in total shock since DH is a real macho type. This dream lasted a very long time. Even when I woke to use the bathroom the dream would start again when I fell back to sleep. It was horrible I was angry and emotional when I woke up. I couldn't even look DH in the face for several hours.

yes, i had a dream last night that i went to a house where someone was having an exercisom done...it was crazy because i had no thoughts of this at all..i actually did stay up till 3 am, and could not sleep...all of my dreams are really crazy

my weirdest dream was when i was being chased by giant spicy salmon roll (feel free to laugh, i always do when i tell people about it). No idea what that means but i do miss sushi so maybe it's a sign.

Well, last night I had a dream that I wanted my wedding dress made entirely out of pizza slices...guess this goes hand in hand with the pizza cravings I've been having. So there I was, sewing pizza onto the skirt of my wedding dress by the crust.... Seriously though, every night is something more and more bizarre. I always wake up trying to make sense of it all, but there's just no explanation for any of it...

I had a dream last night that my husband had a 12 year old boy from a previous relationship and I was trying to get to know the kid, but he was a HUGE brat. He tried to sit on me and told me I was poopy.

Lol, not sure where this came from.

With my first pregnancy, I had terrible nightmares. In one, I had some sort of surgical procedure during which it was discovered that my uterus (and baby) had been removed and replaced by some kind of mechanical contraption, and all I could do was cry because my baby was gone. I never had nightmares that raw and terrible when not pregnant.

This pregnancy, all my dreams have been ridiculously sexual (again, something that rarely happens when not pregnant). The most recent one involved me (while pregnant) trying to seduce Prince Charming because he was getting bored with Cinderella. Go, go, pregnancy craziness!

I haven't had anything too weird yet this pregnancy (besides frequent sex dreams) but during my last pregnancy, I once dreamt that I have birth to kittens.

I had a dream that I was home with my baby but noticed that s/he was black. DH and I are both very fair skinned. I thought that maybe I was seeing things but it became more apparent over time. I went back to the doctor's office and accused him of giving me someone else's baby. He took the baby from my arms, reached back, and handed me a white baby that was in the back of his office like nothing. I was so angry and demanded a DNA test. I then realized that both babies were dolls.
