Any have experience with Celebration Hospital?

I just saw that they recently made the maternity wing over into a Baby Place like at Winter Park Memorial. Has anyone delivered there since they changed it over? I read some good reviews about delivering there, but most were older posts. Anyone have recent experience (delivery or otherwise)? Thanks!

Awesome, good to hear! I live in Hunter's Creek so we can just jump on 417 and be there in less than 20. Winnie Palmer is my other option and depending on the time of day it could take over an hour to get to downtown.

We delivered at Celebration back in 2010 so I can't speak for things currently, but it was pretty nice, small and pretty quiet. My second child I delivered at Winnie Palmer in 2012, I liked the services they had better but it was very rushed and super busy.

Thanks for the opinions, ladies. I just switched from Celebration OB/GYN after some horrible experiences (mostly with office staff and billing) to Women's Care FL OB&GYN Specialists and they only deliver at Winnie Palmer, so it looks like the decision has been made for me. I definitely do NOT recommend Celebration OB/GYN, btw. I had been going to them for 7 years and my recent experiences have been beyond unprofessional.

I delivered at Celebration two weeks ago. The staff there was great and supportive. They are very good about encouraging breastfeeding. I also love my OBGYN practice https://www.obgynfl.com/index.shtml.

@ashbosity Just curious - what is Celebration OB/GYN?  Is that the official name of the practice?  I go to "A Place for Women" in Celebration and love them... not sure if it is the same practice as the one you mentioned.

To OP or anyone else who's curious, I delivered at Celebration Health over the 4th of July weekend (so before the opening of the new wing).  It was a really wonderful experience.  The maternity wing seems like a pretty calm place.  There weren't a lot of women giving birth at the same time as me so I got a lot of one on one care.  The nurses were awesome and the doc who did my epidural was amazing!

@Murphie82, Celebration OB/GYN is the name of the practice. It is in the medical plaza directly next to Celebration Hospital (past the hospital, across from the new building). A Place For Women is different. Glad you had a good experience!
