Do you think she will figure it out?

So my Mother apologized for her rant on me that I mentioned in my previous posts.  Since I am already aware that she isn't working with a full deck of cards, I just decided to forgive her and let it go.  I don't think I will be seeing her for awhile, though, due to our schedules, but I decided to share the news.  She is always bugging me for pictures of my DS so I sent her a picture of DS in the t-shirt we made him that says:  "Big Brother in Training - Doody starts May 2014."  I wonder if she will notice the t-shirt and, if she does, if she will get it.   
IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

    UPDATE: She doesn't get it.

    She did notice there was something on his shirt, but could not read it. Sigh.

    Awww, figures!! So did you just tell her or does she live close enough you could go over there with DS wearing the shirt?

    No, she lives like 5 hours away. I had to tell her what the shirt said. Then she thought I was playing a joke on her. Then she didn't understand how it happened. I asked her if she needed me to draw her a diagram. She eventually got it but still had a ton of questions. It was actually really, really funny. I was laughing so hard I thought I might pee myself.

    I laughed out loud that she didn't get it! My goodness!! :) So glad it ended up being funny. And I'm sure it's a great feeling to tell!
    MF (low motility) - Began stims for IVF#1 7/21/12
    ER 8/2/12 - 14 eggs retrieved, 12 mature and ICSI'd, 6 fertilized. ET 8/7 - 2 embies. Beta#1 8/17: 143! Beta#2 8/20: 590! Beta#3 8/22: 1,162! 1st US 9/4: one beautiful little bean with the best sounding HB I've ever heard!
