Pregnancy brain is for real

So... I just called my dentist bc on my to do list is says make a cleaning appointment for October 30th. Fine. So I call and the receptionist is like "uhm miss you've already made this appointment. Did you want to change it." I have no recollection of calling whatsoever. So embarrassing

    I have been mid sentence several times and what comes out is not what I am thinking. When I take notes I skip letters in words. It is terrible

    If I leave a room to go get something from another room forget it. I have no idea what I left to go get as soon as I'm on my way. Then I return to the starting point and think "oh yeah I need my purse" and then forget again as soon as I walk into another room.

    I left my work computer at the security checkpoint last Tuesday. Due to the Gov shut down, so is TSA lost and found!! I had to travel all week without a computer and FINALLY got a loaner today. I have no idea when I will get it back. I read there is no proven reason for 'pregnancy brain,' but COME ON-this thread is total proof!

    Bahahaha....I totally checked out at the self checkout at the grocery...and walked out without my groceries. The manager had to come out and bring me my groceries...so embarrassing. I told my husband and he was like seriously?! And tells everyone as if I'm not embarrassed enough lol!!

    I have failed to rinse the conditioner out of my hair multiple times and locked my keys in my car at subway during lunch...

    I left my phone on the shelf next to my elliptical Saturday morning. Then Sunday called myself about 12 times and was ready to go buy a new one before DH remembered I'd been in the basement. Oops.
