I have a boy's name set, but I'm really struggling to come up with a girl's name I love. I admit, I'm a huge Scandal fan and love the name Olivia. I also love how they sometimes call her Livvie on the show. I'm struggling with the spelling of "Livvie" though. It just doesn't look right. Phenetically, Livie would be LIIIvie. Any thoughts or ideas?

You can really spell it however you want. NNs are pretty casual/informal, and they're rarely written down. It's not like "Livvy" is going on the Christmas cards.

Livie is fine! Livvie looks strange. Livie doesn't have to be Leye-vee, think of the word lovey it's not Loh-vee.

Livvie looks funny to me. I would use Livie or just Liv. I even like Livi better than Livvie.

I have a cousin named Olivia, she's 14 now. We all call her livs, but whenever her name is written on anything it's just written as Olivia. Very pretty name though!
