Flu Shots

At our 6 month appointment tomorrow LO is scheduled for a flu shot. The doctors office requires us to sign a paper stating DS isn't allergic to eggs. How would I know this he is 6 months old and never had eggs?! Anyone else's LO's get a flu shot and did you have to sign this paper?

    We got the first dose last week. The paper we signed was confirming that it was ok for LO to receive the dose that does not have metallic in it.

    Hmmm, we didnt need to sign anything for the flu shot.  I think with things like eggs, if the parents don't have allergies, the kids aren't that likely to have them...pretty sure the doc said that, but i could have made it up in my mind, who knows these days.

    We did. There was a choice of "don't know" if I remember correctly but I'm sure they are aware that our LOs haven't really had eggs yet right at 6 months.
