Gagging themselves?

My son has begun gagging himself on purpose. It's like he discovered a new toy. It's so gross. Anybody else have a kid that did this? I am hoping the thrill ends soon.

    Ugh, yes. DD went through a 2-3 week period around 16 months old. I would turn around to see her sitting next to a little pile of puke. Thankfully the novelty wore off and she hasn't done it in months. Though her new trick now is putting stuff up her nose, so I'm not sure which is worse.

    Yupp, DS went thru this a few months ago, around the same age as your LO. He got over it within a few weeks.

    My daughter started this a couple weeks ago, I find if I ignore her she stops doing it. But the whole thing freaks me out! ...knock on wood, she hasn't done this in 2 days!

    Yes, my son does it until he throws up. I've learned that giving him a snack or juice box gets him to stop
