I'll start today. Ladies, what are you thankful for this week?!?
Married DH : 7/7/12; 3 fur babies (2 dogs and 1 cat) DS born 9/3/13; DD born 7/22/15; LO due 5/28/18 FS (age 5) and FD (age 2) to become AS/AD very soon!
I pumped 4oz in one pumping session today! Granted it was first thing in the morning after 6.5 hours of not pumping, but for someone with supply issues, that's a big deal.
Also, I'm thankful that my employer is being so flexible with my maternity leave. I probably should've been back by now but wanted just one more week.
And finally, the vacant house next door is rented!!!!! No more mile high grass and nasty animals living in the front landscaping!!!

I'm thankful for having friends that are also new moms. You can actually go out and not get side eyed because the baby is getting fussy and you need to nurse. I'm not sure if it's because a lot of my friends aren't where I am in life (married, kids, etc.) but it's so refreshing to actually have a conversation that isn't about some guy they met at a club last week.
@zever000 I'm in the same boat! My longtime friends are just starting to get married and dh and I have been married for 6 years. A lot of my newer friends are ftm moms.
I'm thankful that I'm still on leave. If I didn't have my csection, I would have been back to work last week. I'm anxious and afraid to go back to work.
I'm thankful to be able to bf. I know some moms aren't able to and i feel very lucky that i can. I really enjoy the time with LO. I think I'll be sad when it's over.
I'm thankful DD and I were able up get out so much the past couple weeks.
I'm thankful DF ha been unbelievAbly sweet lately. I love it! I never want it to end!
I'm thankful my LO got through his whole ordeal with the allergic reaction ok. He was a champ at the hospital and has been doing great ever since. I'm also thankful for family and friends that are so loving of my LO. He is truly blessed and though with DH's family he technically only has two aunts and two uncles he has many many more he can call on. I'm thankful he's so loves by so many, I know that's something I never have to worry about.
I'm also thankful and so appreciative for DH working so hard for us. He recently got a knew job and is one he can actually enjoy and hopefully soon allow me to be a full time SAHM.
I'm thankful that I have a job to go back to when my leave ends. Even though I flucking hate it and am dreading going back, it's a paycheck and I'm thankful for that.
I'm thankful that it appears we have finally figured out how to treat the rash that LO has in her head (it's been 3 weeks!). It's not bacterial...dr still isn't positive what it is but likely she just has sensitive skin and it got infected. The perscription topical cream started to work with 1 application.
I'm thankful for having such an amazing job waiting for me. The emails and phone calls remind me why I love my job so much. Not to mention the flexibility I've been given with my maternity leave. I got an extra month off with pay just because I wanted it.
I am thankful for my partner and all his support. Working hard for us, taking out the dog when LO refuses the carrier, picking up crickets and human snacks, changing dirty diapers and distracting the kid so I can go to the bathroom. Nobody can make our son laugh more than him.
I'm thankful DD and I got to take a hike yesterday! It's one of those things I imagined doing a lot of on leave but didn't have the confidence to do on my own. Actually I'm grateful for the increased confidence!
While I'm not thrilled about going back to work next week, I did receive good news from my new director. The lady who was previously the manager of the dept resigned. She was seriously bsc so it's great I won't have to work with her!!
Another bonus: I'll get my own cube when I go back! In my old dept we have shared cubes (boooo!).
