Can I change my screen name?

Hi ladies, I'm new to this app and it seems to have just given me this random screen name when I logged in and it won't let me change it. Is there a way to fix this?

    It is not random.  You signed up with this name.  Is it your email address?
    The only way to change it is to create a new account.
