First shots. Poor baby.

LO had his first shots today. Did great at the time. Cried but then nursed and was fine. But now every time he wakes up he cries non-stop. No fever so I am guessing it is just soreness but feeling bad for my poor LO. How are everyone else's shots going.

We just had ours today. She screamed bloody murder but after nursing was back to her normal, happy self. She's not cried since but her appetite seems to have gone away. She just wants to sleep or cuddle!

She was a champ. We had a morning appointment and she slept till about 3pm and then woke up SCREAMING. Her leg was a bit red. I gave her a little tylonel and she was find the rest of the day. Hope LO feels better soon!

We just had ours today, I got my tears out in this appt because I know down the line, lo will be able to see I'm upset and I don't want that. She seems to be okay, she's ate very slow but is still eating. She fought her sleep for a little bit but now she's sleeping. Seems like when she wakes up, she screams bloody murder. It makes me sad.

Lo had hers this morning too. She's been snoozing off and on all day. She's not super cranky. We've had worse. But she is definitely not feeling well.

Ours went way better than expected! One little scream when they poked him but that was it. He didn't cry so I didn't even have to nurse him before we left. He slept a lot and never showed any signs or symptoms of the injection sites bothering or any reactions. No Tylenol needed! Whew!

LO's shots are Friday and I'm hoping she doesn't feel bad afterwards. The next day we are supposed to be driving down to my IL's (4 hours away) for the weekend.

LO had his last week. He turned so red from crying when they gave him the shots. Of course I had to cry too.

I noticed LO was doing a new cry and I figured it was from pain. We gave him a little baby Tylenol (per the peds dosage suggestion) and he did so much better afterwards.

LO had them a couple of weeks ago. He was already angry because he was hungry and that only aggravated it. He bled pretty bad and got on his blanket and screamed all the way out. No side effects though thankfully!

We had ours last Wednesday. We just got two but he was sick all day...from the rotavirus vaccine. He was vomiting and had diarrhea, low fever, lethargy and fussiness. It sucked!

Dd's are on the 1st. Dh is taking her because I have to work (sick time is all gone). I don't know what worse: seeing your lo get the shots but being able to comfort them after or knowing that they're going to be hurting and you can't be there for them.
