Why I am having such a hard time figuring out how to spell it !?!?!?

I think it looks better without the y. I'd probably pronounce it differently if it had one n or two. I'd be more tempted to say Lilli-anne-ah with two ns, and Lilli-aah-na with one n. If that makes sense.

How do you want it pronounced? Ana is typically "ah-na" whereas Anna is "anne-a."

Def not the third one, & I would go against a y as well as my vote. So my vote is either Lilliana or Lillianna.

I was wondering the same thing. If you're going to for Lily-Anna, I like Lillianna. If you're going for Lily-ah-na, then I like Lilliana.

Lilianna or Lilliana - I think the ah-na vs an-na is a regional thing because I would pronounce them both the same in a compound name. Ana on its own I might pronounce differently. I would just avoid multiple double letters.

We are having a girl as well and we had chosen the same name! My name is Ann, and my MIL name is Grace. We chose Lilyann Grace. There are sooo many ways to write lily. I feel ya. We struggled with Liliann and Lilliann. So many choices! When is you dd??
