  • Sorry, I don't have any advice other than what I'm sure you've already tried. But you have my sympathy and prayers. 1st trimester will be ending soon, hopefully you will start feeling better soon.

  • Have you called your Dr and told them the meds you have arent working for you? The zofran solved everything for me but there are also preggie pops that helped a lot and I did try the earth mama angel baby morning sickness tea worth a shot if you havent tried it

Zophran has saved me; I still get tinges of nausea in between doses.  But it is WAY better than just dealing with the all-day sickness.

  • I take two B6/Unisom (forgot the name) Rx at night before bed, and Zofran if needed during the day.  Lemon drops, gum and lemonade have helped a lot.  I hope you feel better soon!

  • You can wear those seasick wristbands which are acupressure and help to relieve nausea. I read that protein is better to relieve nausea than anything else so if you can eat a scrambled egg, glass of milk, or a string cheese every few hours it might help. Avoid sugary food too, they always made me feel worse.
  • I'm in the same boat. I've tried the B6, Zofran, Preggie Pops, etc. Nothing works. I'm desperately awaiting 2nd Tri and hoping my MS goes away. Let me know if you find something in the meantime. :)

  • Sea bands helped me a ton, you can buy them at Walgreens, CVS, Walmart.

Sorry you're going through this, and I hope you find something that works. Unfortunately with DD nothing worked for me and I tried it all. It does get better eventually though...which Is no consolation now though I know! I do second trying Zofran though. This didn't help me last time but I've since heard it might take a while, so maybe I didn't give it enough time?

  • I use a homeopathic tablet called Carbo Veg 6x by Hylands. It has worked for me so far, but I can only buy them online not since my local organic store doesn't sell this kind anymore.

  • What  have you tried?

Preggie pop drops and mama morning wellness tea + lots of ginger ale help me, even if sometimes for only a little bit!

  • A friend just recommended papaya enzyme. She said her midwife recommended it and it works great. I just picked some up. I'll let You know how they work.
