Hey everyone! I have been on here for a quite a while and finally decided it was time to post! I am a first time mom due May 14th and will be 37 when the baby is here. I have my 2nd appointment, which will be 10 weeks, on Thursday and am looking forward to making sure everything is going as it should! I had my first appointment and ultrasound at 6 weeks and everything looked good. Saw the baby and had a heartbeat of 121 so that was great. I had a loss in May and still feel a little uneasy, but trying to stay positive! I think this time is going to work out! Lately, I have been trying the old wives tale gender predictors! So far they have all said boy! Haha! I don't believe all of that, but it's kind of fun!

It is funny I did all the old wives tests and chinese test and whatever for fun and they all said boy but they were all wrong! I shouldn't have told my husband because he was totally convinced we were having a boy and was kind of shocked! Anyway, he got over it quickly and is now very excited about our little girl on the way!
AMA & SAIF. TTC #1 since Oct. 2010. DX: Unexplained. BFP on break after 32 months trying and 2 med cycles. Baby girl born at 40w0d!

I understand the nervousness-I had a loss in May also, sorry. Sounds like all is well so far for you, that's great!
Those gender precdictors never worked for me lol. But fun to think about.
1st BFP-8/17/12! Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US. D&C.
2nd BFP-2/13/13! Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
3rd BFP-5/22/13! By early June, progesterone plummeting. Another loss.
August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.
